For Arab passport holders, both spouses must present an official marriage certificate. Visitors of the opposite sex are not allowed unless they are first-degree relatives.

No pets (even cute ones) unless otherwise stated. No parties (even quiet ones). Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10:00pm to 8:00am. We offer a free weekly cleaning service, but daily cleaning is at an additional charge ($30). There is a one-night deposit payable in cash and refunded in cash upon inspection.
